Frequently asked questions
Using Traker
Traker can be used on most Windows, Android & iOS devices. The device should have at minimum 4G of RAM (6G recommended) for Android/Windows and 2G of RAM (3G recommended) for iOS. Traker Desktop is formatted to best fit desktop computers and laptops. Traker Mobile is formatted to best fit tablets and mobile devices.
Using Traker requires a Compass corporate email address as well as being added to your site’s environment security group.
You may add a user yourself (instructions are included in our Settings - Users user guide)(https://www.traker.ca/creating-users-desktop), however, we will still need to add that person to the security group in order for them to use Traker.

To install Traker on a mobile device:
Step 1 - Install Microsoft Powerapps on your mobile device, which can be downloaded through Google Play or the Apple App Store with the following links, depending on if you're using iOS or Android.

Step 2 - Sign into Powerapps with your Compass credentials, the same way you would sign in to your email or Teams, using your compass-canada.com email and password.
Step 3 - Launch Traker Mobile - Once in Powerapps, navigate to 'All Apps' in the bottom centre and select "Traker Mobile" to launch the app. Alternatively, you can also click the link provided by our team. The link will launch in a browsing window and ask you if you wish to launch this in Powerapps. Click "Open the app".

Traker Desktop Pro has full features and modules and is formatted for a desktop/laptop experience. Traker Mobile has specific features and modules and is formatted for an on-the-go mobile device experience. It does not contain Reports or Traker Admin Settings.
